ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the third respondent (the defacto complainant) was registered as C.No.X1/62992/2044/COP-GP/MC/2023 and it is pending for enquiry.
3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
