RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.6803 of 2019 dated 04.06.2019 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.SADIQ RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.6803 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. He further submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition for the past 17 days and there is retaliation murder infront of the respondent police station while coming down to comply with the condition. Hence he prays to relax the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition only for 17 days. Hence she opposed to relax the said condition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) that the petitioner has complied the condition only for 17 days, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.

5. Hence the petition is dismissed.
