:Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondent No.3 to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.07.2015 and initiate necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court and pass such further or other order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

:Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondent No.3 to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court and pass such further or other order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have come forward with the petitions seeking a direction directing the respondent No.3 to register a case on the basis of the complaints dated 19.07.2015 and 23.07.2015 stating that even though they have given complaints, no case has been registered.

4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that already the petitioners filed Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.13713, 13715, 13717 of 2015. The said Writ Petitions were disposed of and in pursuance of the order passed in the writ petitions, the offending word used against the petitioner's community has been deleted.

5. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
