To set aside the judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Kulithalai in MCOP nNo.300 of 2014 dated 17.02.2016.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 308 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.10,360/- in CMA(MD) No.Sr32469 of 2016.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit file for condonation, the delay of 308 days in paying the deficit Court fee is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-[Rupees One Thousand only] to the Legal Services Authority attached to this bench within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
