3. The learned Advocate for the bank submits that the petitioner is challenging the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. The learned Advocate further submits that the loan account is closed.

4. In the light of the above statement made by the learned Advocate for the bank, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
