ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take necessary action against the accused persons on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 13.10.2025 before the first respondent. Pursuant to the said representation, the second respondent issued a notice to the petitioner dated 24.11.2025, calling upon him to appear for enquiry on 28.11.2025. Accordingly, the petitioner appeared before the respondents for enquiry on 28.11.2025 and submitted relevant documents before the second respondent. However, the respondents have not taken any further steps.

3. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to conduct the re-investigation. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondents are directed to proceed further in accordance with law. 2/4
