3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry.
