The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Kovilpatti,to recall the Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) pending on its file from 07.01.2015 in S.C.No.78(A) of 2008 against the petitioner herein and consider his petition to recall the NBW in connection with S.C.No.78-A of 2008 on the same day. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would appear for future hearings and would co-operate with the trial, the learned Sub Judge, Kovilpatti, is directed to recall the Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) pending on his file from 07.01.2015 in S.C.No.78(A) of 2008 against the petitioner herein and consider his petition to recall the NBW in connection https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
