O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.109 of 2020 registered on the file of Kuruvikulam Police Station.

2. Mr.Murugesan defacto-complainant is present in person before me. He has been duly identified by Mr.Selvaraj, Sub-Inspector of Police attached to Kuruvikulam Police Station. A compromise memo has also been filed. Mr.Murugesan has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR. The defacto-complainant himself does not want to pursue the prosecution. The impugned FIR is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
