ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent police to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner in accordance with the petitioner's representations dated 18.01.2020 and 20.01.2020 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 with regard to pathway and that since the respondents 3 to 5 are continuously threatening the petitioner, he had given a complaint to the second respondent police. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent initiated enquiry in CSR No. 12 of 2020 and the respondents 3 to 5 are continuously threatening the petitioner, thereby he has filed the present petition.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1169 of 2020 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR No. 12 of 2020. The petitioners as well as respondents 3 to 5 were summoned to the police station and during enquiry both the parties have agreed that they will not disturb each other and they have agreed to seek remedy through concerned Civil Court and they have also given an undertaking that they will not disturb each other until the final judgment obtained in the civil court. Based on the undertaking given by both the parties, the enquiry was closed.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
