This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.255 of 2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, the respondent police had filed a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court on 25.08.2022 and that till date, the same was not taken on file.
