ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired Checking Inspector of the respondent Transport Corporation seeking a Mandamus to revise his monthly pension on the basis of the 12th wage settlement and sanction monthly pension. The petitioner has further prayed for disbursement of leave salary encashment arrear along with 12% interest from the date of retirement.

2. Seeking the said benefits, the petitioner has sent a representation to the first respondent on 13.12.2021. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 2/5

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.12.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
