For Respondent : Mrs.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition with regard to the deposit amount before the Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur passed in Crl.O.P.NO.8220/2019 dated 17/06/2019 on the file of this Honourable Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.8220 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners herein were granted anticipatory bail on condition that each of the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.12,000/- to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the credit in crime number 82 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur. He would further submit that the petitioners herein are cooley workers hence they are unable to deposit the said amount. Hence he seeks to modify the said condition.

3. According to the prosecution totally five accused involved in this case and they have caused damage to a compound wall worth about Rs.60,000/-. Taking into consideration the value of damage caused, this Court directed that each of the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.12,000/- to the credit of the said case.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court does not find any reason to modify the said order. Hence the petition is dismissed. However, two weeks time is extended to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.
