PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time for the period of two weeks for their surrender before the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District to execute bond and produce sureties in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7377/2019 dated 30/05/2019 on the file of this Honourable Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7377 of 2019, dated 30/05/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since they are unable to furnish sureties they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
