O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 17.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has conducted an unregistered Chit in which the petitioner has joined and also paid a sum of Rs.1 lakh, but subsequently, the proposed accused failed to return the said amount and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 17.01.2018, but so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that the petitioner has sent his complaint by Registered Post to the first respondent and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent and after receipt of the said complaint, the second respondent has conducted enquiry and closed the same, as it is civil in nature.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to inform the petitioner with regard to the disposal of his complaint by RPAD within a week.
