Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police Submitted that petition enquiry in C.S.R. No.150 of 2017 is pending.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by way of registering the case or close the enquiry as no prima facie case is made out. The above process shall be completed within the above said period.
5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
