The petitioner seeks for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, to complete the trail in C.C.No.307 of 2013 pending on his file and further direct him to dispose of the same expeditiously within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) representing the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, to complete the trail in C.C.No.307 of 2013 pending on his file and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this Court. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
