..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1568 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent police to the independent agency like CBI, the third respondent since bank officials also took part in the white collar offences.

ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1568 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent police to the independent agency like CBI. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report is yet to be filed.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
