This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.8285 of 2024 dated 01.04.2024 has not been complied with.

2.Today(26.02.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submtis that the claim of this petitioner has been rejected. However, no proceedings to that effect is placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to serve the proceedings to the learned counsel for the petitioner by today itself.
