ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.163 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that after the completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.7 of 2020 on the file of the concerned Court. Subsequently, the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court.
