ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 26.12.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has sold a property in favour of the petitioner's wife and it was subsequently found that he is not the owner and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint in person before the first and third respondents on 16.12.2017, no action so far taken on that complaint and hence, the petitioner has sent the complaint to the second respondent by Post (RPAD) on 26.12.2017, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the petitioner has sent the complaint by Post and the same has been received by the second respondent on 26.12.2017 and the enquiry is still pending.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the complaint and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
