ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents 1 to 3, inter alia, alleging that the TASMAC shop situated at Killukottai Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, is situated nearer to the buildings prohibited under the rules and therefore, sought for removing the same. Seeking orders on the representation dated 14.05.2020, the present writ petition has been filed.

Taking note of the pendency of the representation made, as aforesaid, without expressing anything on the merits of the claim, we direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, on the representation made by the petitioner, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
