ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused persons were trespassed into the petitioner's land and cut eight teak wood trees. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 24.01.2018, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that after the receipt of the complaint enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed as "this dispute is Civil in nature".

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply has submitted that the petitioner has not received any information from the second respondent with regard to closure of his complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The second respondent is directed

to inform the petitioner with regard to closure of his complaint by RPAD within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner, to avail any other remedy, which is available under law.
