ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.Vijayakumar, J.) The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 19.09.2023 in Cont.P.(MD) No.191 of 2021.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that in e.f.vz;.022790/mfj/2024, dated 27.06.2024, a sum of Rs.15,89,063/- has been sanctioned and it would be released soon and that this order has been communicated only minutes before.
3. The statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however wanted time to verify the same with his client.
5. This Court, however chooses to close the contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed with a rider that if the learned Additional Government Pleader is found to have been wrongly instructed by the authorities, then the contempt petitioner would be entitled to revive the contempt petition in Cont.P.(MD) No.191 of 2021.
