ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.08.2017 for the offence under Section 379 IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.171 of 2018, under Section 379 IPC.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
