O R D E R

This petition is to challenge the first information report in Cr.No.6 of 2014 dated 21.01.2014 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the respondent police had conducted investigation and filed a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate and the same is pending trial in C.C.No.2132 of 2022. It is reported that the case is now posted on 30.12.2022.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in the above quash petition. It is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy available in law as against the final report.
