Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by M/s.K.Jeyamohan, Advocate for the Petitioner and M/s.S.Ravi Standing Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu for the Respondents and the Advocate for the Petitioner praying this Honourable Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records in pertaining to the impugned Detention Order on the file of the Second Respondent made in Detention Order No.P.D.No.19/2021 dated 29.07.2021 in detaining the detenu under the provision of Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Central Act No.7 of 1980) as a "BLACK MARKETER" and quash the same as illegal and direct the Respondents to produce the body or person of the Petitioner's son namely A Satheesh, Male, Aged 26 years, S/o.Pavanasam, who is detained in Central Prison, Palayamkottai before ths Honourable Court and set him at liberty.
