ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.01.2018.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.20 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 324 and 506(i) IPC. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
