ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused in Crime No.226 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.06.2015. He has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2. According to the defacto complainant, her daughter Brindha Devi was kidnapped by the accused on 06.06.2015 at about 08.30 a.m.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are close relatives and both had love affair. It is the further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the daughter of the defacto complainant has joined with the petitioner on her own volition and thereafter, the mother has lodged a false complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that this is a case of love affair and the victim was secured and major part of the investigation is over.

5. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
