RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD).No.666/2019 dated 07/02/2019 to the petitioner for surrender before the concern court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.666 of 2019, dated 07/02/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public

Prosecutor, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
