Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court, to pass an order directing the first respondent not to interfere in the civil issue between the petitioner and lessor I.e Arulmigu Chidambar Vinayagar Temple Trust and further not to harass him forthwith.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent not to interfere in the civil issue between the petitioner and lessor i.e Arulmigu Chidambar Vinayagar Temple Trust and further not to harass him forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up,the learned Government Advocate submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the same, the first respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not harass the petitioner.
