For Respondent : Mr. V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION to condone the absense Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To condone the non-compliance of the condition imposed by this Honourable Court to the petitioner from 07.05.2019 until today in Crl.OP(MD)No.5532 of 2019 dated 12.04.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to condone the non-compliance of the condition imposed by this Court Crl.OP(MD)No.5532 of 2019 dated 12.04.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5532 of 2019 dated 12.04.2019, the petitioner herein has surrendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur on 03.05.2019 and executed bail bond and thereafter he appeared before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m till 07.05.2019 and on 07.05.2019 the petitioner has met with a road accident and he was admitted in the hospital and discharged on 08.06.2019 and hence he could not appear before the respondent police on those days. He has also produced the First Information Report with regard to the said accident and also the medical certificates.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, non appearance of the petitioner before the respondent from 07.05.2019 to 08.06.2019 is condoned. Further the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions imposed by the Court from 04.07.2019 until further orders without any deviation.
