The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 139 days in representing appeal in SA (MD) SR No.68278 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
