Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioners at the instigation of the proposed accused, on the basis of complaint by the petitioners dated 14.07.2015 on the file of the first respondent and pass such further or other orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. ORDER

The petitioners seek for a direction to the the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioners at the instigation of the proposed accused, on the basis of complaint by the petitioners dated 14.07.2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up,the learned Government Advocate submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not harass the petitioner.
