Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to conducting appropriate enquiry and getting back the petitioner's Educational Certificates from the 3rd to 5th respondents herein for pursuing the petitioner's future study and investigate the same in accordance with law, on the basis of complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 22.01.2018 before the 2nd respondent.

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to get back the Educational Certificates from the respondent Nos.3 to 5 and hand over the same to the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has studied Lab Technician Course at L.K. Nursing College at K.Pudur in Madurai District and thereafter, she loved one C.Poruthupandi and married him and hence, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 being parents of the petitioner and fifth respondent being brother of the petitioner have refused to return the Educational Certificates and hence, the third respondent may be directed to get back those Certificates and hand over to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the second respondent has conducted an enquiry with the respondent Nos.3 to 5 and they have stated that the petitioner has not left any Educational Certificate in the house. Further he has stated that the said complaint is still pending.
4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed expedite the enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's complaint within a week from today.
5.With the aforesaid observations, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
