To set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order passed in C.M.A.No.65 of 2006 dated 26.03.2010 on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli confirming the Fair and Decreetal order passed in E.A.No.1191 of 2005 in E.P.No.105 of 2000 in O.S.No.292 of 1998 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli dated 03.07.2006 by allowing this civil revision petition.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 173 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid.
