ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.12.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that after receipt of the said complaint, enquiry was conducted and during the enquiry, the petitioner has appeared and filed a written statement requesting not to take further action, on the said complaint and based on the said statement the complaint has been closed on 06.02.2018. He has also filed a copy of the said written statement.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not submitted any such written statement. He further submitted that without making enquiry with the petitioner, the second respondent has closed the complaint.

4.Taking into consideration, the copy of the written statement said to have been given by the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
