PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction directing the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No. 92 of 2022 before the concerned Court, within the time stipulated by this Court. Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.92 of 2022 before the 1/4

concerned Court, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that a recommendation was made by the Inspector of Police, Manamadurai to the Superintendent of Police, to transfer the investigation to some other agency. That came to be returned stating that since order has been passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, the present Inspector of Police should continue the investigation.

3.In view of the above said submissions, let the Inspector of Police, Manamadurai, shall complete the investigation in this case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
