ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has sent the complaint only through post.
4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 07.08.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks.
