PRAYER :- To extend the time for a further period of 15 days to produce sureties as per the order of this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.6451 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019 in the interest of justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6451 of 2019, dated 30/04/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 30.04.2019, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of District Forest Officer, Dindigul Division, Dindigul for the welfare of forest animals, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He further submitted that the petitioner is very poor and he is unable to deposit the said. 3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case two weeks time is extended to comply with the conditions and also for executing bail bond.
