Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent. 2.The petitioner is the de-facto complainant in C.C.No.32 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate), Madurai.

3.It is seen that the case is pending for more than 3 1⁄2 years. The First Information Report itself was registered as early as on 26.06.2017. The de-facto complainant is a victim in a criminal case. She is definitely entitled to speedy justice. 4.Therefore, the learned Trial Magistrate is directed to dispose of C.C.No.32 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the next hearing date. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
