ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent herein to direct one of his subordinates to take up action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.11.2025 within a reasonable time.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that CSR enquiry is pending before the first respondent police.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. If any cognizable offence is made out, the first respondent police shall take appropriate criminal proceedings in accordance with law. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
