ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.5 of 2021, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Shenkottai.

2.The defacto complainant is present before this Court through video conferencing. The matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2551 of 2022 3.When the defacto complainant does not want to pursue the matter, it is only just and proper to quash the proceedings. The impugned proceedings are quashed.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The Compromise Memo shall form part of the record. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
