ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus seeking to direct the respondents to sanction and release the salary, allowance and other attendant benefits forthwith in terms of G.O.(Ms.)No.293, Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 18.06.2021 in favour of the petitioners along with the arrears from the date of Government order. 2.Mr.S.Venkatasubramaniyan, learned counsel appearing for 2/5
the petitioners, Mr.M.Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the entire materials available on record.
3.The petitioners herein are Doctors who are working in various Medical College Hospitals and the details of their services has been set out in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. The prayer made by them in the Writ Petition is that the Government must be directed to implement G.O.(Ms.)No.293, Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 18.06.2021 and provide them with salary, allowance and other attendant benefits. 4.The issue in the Writ Petition is no more res integra. This Court has already dealt with similar issue in W.P.(MD)No.23466 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023. Fully fortified by the order passed by this Court, this Court hereby direct the petitioner to make fresh representation to the respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondents on receipt of the said representation, are directed to pass appropriate order implementing the said G.O.(Ms.)No.293, Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 18.06.2021 within a 3/5
period of eight weeks thereafter.
5.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
