No.3755 of 2021 ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier of this court dated 24/06/2021 and requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul vide letter in D.No.537/2022, dated 09/05/2022 , this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the un numbered Crl.M.P.No.... of 2020 (Now numbered as Crl.M.P.No.301 of 2022) in Spl.S.C.NO.13 of 2019.

2.This Court, by order, dated 24.06.2021 directed the Court below to dispose of un numbered Crl.M.P.No.... of 2020 (Now numbered as Crl.M.P.No.301 of 2022) in Spl.S.C.No.13 of 2019 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further one month time to dispose of the said case.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the case in Crl.M.P.No.301 of 2022 in Spl.S.C.NO.13 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
