The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since he is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of this Court dated 13.12.2023 made in Crl.M.P(MD).No.17564 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18561 of 2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 13.12.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
