ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to forthwith execute the Non Bailable Warrant of arrest and produce the 3rd to 5th respondents before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Theni, in compliance with the order dated 20.11.2025 passed in E.A.No.51 of 2024 in C.C.No.11 of 2024, on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Theni.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that NonBailable Warrant has been issued against the respondents 3 to 5 on 20.11.2025. So far, the same has not been executed by the respondent police. Therefore, the petitioner sought indulgence of this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to execute the warrant issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Theni, in E.A.No.51 of 2024 in C.C.No.11 of 2024, dated 20.11.2025 forthwith and produce the respondents 3 to 5 before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Theni on 30.01.2026 as the said case is posted on 30.01.2026.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
