O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the case on the basis of the complaint received in C.No.104/PG/Camp/COP/TRC/2018 dated 06.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working as the General Manager in Sun-rice Micro Finance, Tiruchirappalli. He further submitted that the proposed accused, who is another General Manager working in the same company colluded with the other persons, misappropriated the amount of Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lakhs only) and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 06.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
