ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioners to challenge the summon issued by the 2nd respondent dated 11.12.2024 for appearance of the petitioners on 14.12.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they have issued summon based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent as against the petitioners for conducting enquiry. In the mean time, the 3rd respondent has withdrawn the complaint and thereby, they have not taken any further action. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. This Court perused the impugned summon dated 11.12.2024 for the appearance of the petitioners on 14.12.2024. Since the said date 14.12.2024 was already lapsed and the complainant has also himself withdrawn the complaint, no further orders are required to be passed in this Page no.2/4
