Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the second and third respondent to provide police protection the petitioner and family members of the petitioner and also to the petitioner's land and the time of fencing her lands based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2015 and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner and family members of the petitioner and also to the petitioner's land at the time of fencing her lands based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2015.
2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the
petitioner has given a representation dated 20.04.2015 seeking police protection to put up compound wall and fencing and also for his life and family members, but, the respondent has not passed any order and therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition. 4.Resisting the same, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent received the representation and the respondent advised the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil forum and he prayed for dismissal.
5. Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2015 is pending before the respondents, the second and third respondents are directed to pass an order on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
